Nestled within 5 acres of gardens and set back from the road, it offers an ideal environment for children to explore. Children can enjoy a dedicated outdoor play area featuring swings, climbing frames, a slide, football goals and our purpose-built playhouse, Victoria House.

Victoria House is a fully equipped, two-storey children’s playhouse with heating and lighting, ensuring year-round enjoyment. Inside, it features a charming play kitchen, a gallery-style bedroom, and a wide selection of toys.

Swimming Pool Access & Children’s Parties 

Our family-friendly swimming pool is perfect for guests of all ages. Children under 5 swim free. For safety and hygiene, we kindly ask that all babies wear a swim nappy while using the pool.

We also offer extended length swimming sessions at weekends, ideal for children’s birthday parties. Enjoy exclusive use of the pool for up to 1.5 hours (including changing time) for just £150, accommodating up to 15 children.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we require a supervision ratio of 1 adult per 4 children. Children under the age of 4 must be supervised on a 1:1 basis at all times.

In Our Cottages

All of our self-catering cottages are fully equipped with family friendly amenities to make your stay as convenient as possible. Each cottage includes plastic cutlery and crockery, ideal for young children.

Highchairs and travel cots are available on request, for those travelling with babies and toddlers (please note that guests are required to bring their own cot bedding).

For entertainment, every cottage features a selection of board games, a Smart TV with access to popular streaming services and free Wi-Fi access.
